Nokia is one of the most favourite and most widely used mobile phone handset in Pakistan. If anyone thinks of a mobile phone, the first name that strikes in the mind is Nokia. Nokia has become a brand recognition over the last 10 years in Pakistan. Their strategy actually worked out by giving the low end and low price mobile phone handsets and give them in the hand of every Pakistani at the most affordable rates. I have few friends who have the Rs.1800 Nokia handset just because it has a flashlight.

Nielsen conducted a consumer survey to analyze the most popular brand in Pakistan and Nokia was the result with 84% people liking it.
