Mobilink last month signed up a similar agreement with Ufone to share towers.

Telenor Introduced few days back the Talkshawk hybrid bundle package which is a voice + sms bundle package, in which 7 free minutes and 70 free sms to any network can be availed by the customers in just Rs.7 per day. The success of this package is also the TV commercial they made (watch the TV commercial of Mona Kon Thi here).
On 13th March 2011, Telenor in a newspaper advertisement type of notification publicly announced that all calls to helpline will be charged at Rs.2+tax if the customer talks to the customer service representative officer (CSR). It means that they are already charging 25paisa+tax on the IVR number and when you select the option ZERO to talk to the customer services representative you will be charged Rs.2+tax extra.
